Reaching Perfection...

I haven’t been on here for a while, but I’ve been having A LOT of family issues,  so I was preoccupied. Also I have been ill, and my mother has been force feeding me …. Thanks! ._. 

Anyway, back to losing! Still got 10Lbs for my goal this month …. 

*Bit of a crappy update, but I’m tired. Its 4:30 am.

Woke up this morning, empty but not hungry. 

I haven’t been hungry all day either, maybe because I’ve been drinking some Coke Zero …. Only two bottles, but hey; at least I am not hungry for food!

I also bought some more gum, 10 packets now, you can never have enough gum! 

Lunch time came around. I asked my sister (again, no friends) to get me only water. Again she brought back a fruit pot, at least it wasn’t a sandwich or pasta! She also got me a cup for my water, which I filled a little and just spat my food into the cup (no chewing) - It worked.

I didn’t ‘eat’ all the fruit pot, I left some. Mainly the most of it. She never said anything.

When I got home, a little while my dad made the little kids some food (nieces and nephews) two of each - He made them pizza baguettes and chips. One of my nieces didn’t eat all her pizza and chips so she gave it to me. The smell was over powering! I really wanted to shove it in my fat gob …. But I didn’t, so for that I am happy! 

They are having ice cream for afters.

My stomach is making little noises now, again I have a headache. I need to drink more water! 

Overall today was a success! 

- I managed to restrain myself from eating the fruit at lunch.

- I managed to restrain myself from eating the food my niece gave me.

Downsides:

- I need to drink more water, I’m hoping this will help with the headaches.

Finally, I completed (well almost) my first day of fast, another 29 to go! I’ve only got a slight headache, but I think that, that is down to having a full house! So a sleep (I’m hoping no one will wake me) until tomorrow.

I’ve only had some water (1/3 of a bottle) and 2-3 pieces of gum and I’m doing OK. Going to drink a few pints of water before bed though (maybe that is the cause of my headache, dehydration?)

Right now, I’m not tempted to eat anything - went to the shop to buy some gum. Making sure I have enough to last me my fast. I have 9 packets. 

During lunch, my plan was a to only get water; so I asked my sister to get me a bottle with my lunch card while I got us a table to sit at (If you follow me on twitter or a friend on Face Book; then you will know as of right now, I don’t currently have any friends) So she comes back with a water, and a fruit pot ….. I had a plan. When she wasn’t looking at me with the grape on my fork, I quickly dropped it on my knee, yes, my pants where a bit wet after about 5 grapes (after these 5, didn’t want my pants to be any more damp, otherwise I would become irritated.) So I took the tray back, which I never do because I don’t like to walk in the hall with the tray, and placed the grapes on the tray from my knee. Smart I know.


I’m thinking, every Sunday to post a photo of my progress. Which will include:

Weight

Weight lost

Measurements

and IF I lost any inches too, and where.
